These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stylez Shop online store and purchases made through it. By using the store, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Products and pricing

We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, images, availability and prices accurate. We may correct genuine errors in product information or pricing before an order is accepted. Prices are shown in South African rand unless stated otherwise.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment has been successfully authorised or received. We may cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error occurred, payment cannot be processed, or fulfilment is not possible. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

Payments and shipping

Payments are processed using the methods available at checkout. Shipping options, charges and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and consumer rights

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms removes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.

Acceptable use

You must not use the store for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or misuse another person's information or payment details.
